Position Brief:

  • Position Title: Senior ProposalWriter
  • Job location: BhopalMP and Pune MH with Hybrid option
  • JobTiming:
    • 09:00 AM EST to 06:00 PM EST(Primary)
    • 03:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST(Secondary)
  • Experience: 25 years in ProposalWriting experience

Job Role:

We arelooking for a Senior Proposal Writer who can produce professionallywritten proposal content that clearly articulates our valueproposition. We need proven ability and skills in producing andediting proposal content The proposal writer will be experienced inparticipating in review meetings/ final document review contentsign off and document production. This is a role that requires anability to work under pressure and to demandingdeadlines.

CoreResponsibilities:

  • Leadresponses to Public Sector (US Government experience is preferred)at the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and TaskOrder (TO) level and other responses at the contract programlevel.
  • Lead storyboard sessions with Bid/Proposal team members and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in analyzing RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs to prepareresponse outlines and compliance matrices.
  • Research development planning and writing of complianttechnical material and compelling proposal content for use inproposal development activities.
  • Proactivelyinteract with the subject matter experts.
  • Assist the Bid/ Proposal Manager in developing aproposal.
  • Identify and rework existingprewritten content where relevant.
  • Delivercompleted written proposal responses to the Proposal Manageragainst agreed RFP deadlines escalating issues asrequired.
  • Provide ongoing proposal strategyand support.
  • Gain adherence to all steps ofthe pursuit proposal process and confirm high quality proposalsubmissions.
  • Design or suggest graphics forwritten proposal material.
  • Develop highquality proposals qualification documents presentations and othermeeting documents.
  • Maintains quality resultsby using templates readability consistency and tone maintainingproposal support database.
  • Coordinate withteam members for successful delivery of proposals.
  • Store all new proposal content to the drives forpotential reuse.

Required Skills Qualification andExperience:

  • 25 years ofexperience in preparing responses for Federal IT Project/ StaffingRFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs.
  • Experience in analyzingRFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliancematrices.
  • Experience in creating boilerplatesfor proposal responses and maintaining past performancedatabases.
  • Experience in State Federal andCommercial customers.
  • Should have exposure toStaff Augmentation process.
  • Strong timemanagement/ prioritization skills.
  • Must haveability to manage the multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tocommunicate with a variety of audiences both via the phone andemail.
  • Excellent attention todetail.
  • Experience of coordinating andupdating a knowledge base system is beneficial.
