Responsibilities

CUSTOMERSERVICE ANDCOORDINATION:

  • Beavailable for clients to act as their partner and advisor
  • Adhere to defined TATand operational efficiencylevels
  • Send documents forprocessing to Middle/Back office & ensure effective andefficient coordination withteams
  • Resolve customercomplaints andqueries.
  • Facilitator betweenprocessing Middle/Back office Client and RelationshipManager.


OPERATIONALPROCESSING:

  • Processingof Trade and Cash related documents
  • Providing assistantto clients for closure of EDPMS/IDPMS outstandingitems
  • Handling processingof PreShipment Finance (PCFC) & Post Shipment Finance(PSFC).
  • Handling ExportDispatch/ Non Dispatch Documents & exportregularization
  • Handling ImportOutward remittances (A1 and A2payments)
  • Handling andproviding end to end Solution for issuance Import Letter of Credit(LC).
  • Guiding and helpingclients to complete the Merchant Trade Transactions within theprescribe timeline ofRBI.
  • Handling issuance andprinting of Bank Guarantee which include Counter Bank GuaranteeCross Border & domestics BankGuarantees.
  • Handling transactionrelated to Receivable Finance (RF) & Domestics Purchase/SaleBill Discounting.
  • Handling Writeoffrequests Reductions of Export Bills regularization of exportdocuments against Advance payment collection documents Issuance ofGR Waiver
  • Handling of Loans andDeposittransaction.
  • Ensure appropriateescalation to management and/or permanent control (or compliance asappropriate) upon identification of anyissue.
  • Clean audit reportConcurrent audit IG audit RBI Flying squad et al and close all therecommendations before the due date. The audit recommendations tobe implemented within one month to ensure that no recurrence isobserved.
  • Reconcilable accountsNostro suspense sundry transit OMR et al are reconciled within aweek. Rigorous follow up and clearance of the pendingreconciliation items if more than aweek
  • Adherence to SOPs
  • Management /exceptional transaction; Elimination of multiple throwbacks
  • Daily Reconciliationregister to be updated on daily basis for reconciliation of tradedocuments.
  • Vigilance checks tobe performed effectively without error as per given guideline
  • Perform all cash& clearing related activities RTGS / NEFT / DD Stock keeping ofstationary.
  • Interact withCommercial teams BO/Middle office CCC CSD 3C Risk Audit CLM LegalCompliance
  • Any other activitiesassigned from time totime.
  • Continuously monitorand supervise all TF/Exchange activities to ensure that they arewithin internal and externalguidelines.
  • Provide externalregulatory authorities reports/documents/records asrequired.
  • Maintain interactionwith statutory authorities for suitable clarifications/explanationsfor ensuring smooth transaction processing whereverapplicable.
  • Bring Directcontribution to Banks operational permanent controlframework
  • Minimize operationalfailure including but not exclusively the risk of fraud by helpingto devise and by implementing sufficient regularcontrols
  • Ensure appropriateescalation to management and/or permanent control (or compliance asappropriate) as soon as an issue isidentified.
  • Anti Money Laundering/ Financial Sanctions AML/FS) related duties: Operations are anintegral part of the control framework including for AML/FS topics.In that respect in performing your role you are expected to ensureadherence to AML/FS related Group Policies and of associatedoperational controls and to promptly escalate any resulting hit foranalysis anddecision
  • Ensure controls atcash counter and baitmoney


EducationLevel: Bachelor Degree orequivalent (3years)

ExperienceLevel: At least 3years
