We are seeking a highly experienced ITProject Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will beresponsible for leading and managing the development of ERPsoftware from start to finish. Your expertise in .NET React JSproject management and other related technologies will be crucialin delivering highquality solutions that meet our businessrequirements.Responsibilities:Ensure the project is delivered ontime(hours/cost) with the agreed quality and alignedwith the scope agreed upon with the client. Ensuring that all the projectartifacts (project plan road map sprint boards riskregister billability matrix etc) are being maintained and always upto date. Ensure there s nocommunication gap with the client andinternally within the team and other internalstakeholders. Share the billing data with the team as per the agreed billingcycle of the project. Remove theblockers on the project team as soonas possible so there s minimal effortand time wastage in the project. Managing theresources of the projectproactively so there are no impacts onthe project (both allocation and deallocation). Take the overallresponsibility of thesuccess andfailure of the project. Should manageprojectreports and necessary documentationincluding statusreportproject plansand stake holder communication.Preparingreports basedon performanceanalysis and presenting to management.He/She should be able to provide the latest data to engage infactbaseddiscussions with the Seniormanagement. Handson experience on Businesstools.Jira/Trello/Wrike.Versioning andReleaseNotes

Skills: Extensiveknowledge of Database structuring to create a better entityrelation. Knowledge of SQL and MySQL Knowledge of Agile framework daily scrummeeting retrospective burnout charts product backlog In depth knowledge of ASP.Net C# ASP.MVCASP.NET Core React JS JavaScript Query Rest APIetc. Knowledge of Project Management toolslike Jira Trello Github etc. ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) certification is preferred Requirements: Bachelors degree in ComputerScience Information Technology or a relatedfield. Minimum of 6years of relevant experience inprojectmanagement. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.Effort Estimation Team Management Time Management MakeProject Plans PreparePerformance Reports of team that can help inperformance evaluation ofthem.
