KeyResponsibilities:


StrategyDevelopment: Develop and execute a growth strategy that answersquestions about how much we grow how fast we grow and in whichmarkets we grow. This includes setting clear measurable growthtargets and outlining the path to achievethem.


ChannelIdentification: Identify and assess the most effective channels forgrowth opportunities. This involves evaluating the potential ofhoarding and newspaper advertising social media digital advertisingcontent creation andSEO.


TeamLeadership: Manage and lead the four teams (Hoarding and NewspaperAdvertising Social Media and Digital Advertising Content and SEO)to ensure they are aligned with the growth strategy and theyperform at their highestpotential.


DataDrivenDecisionMaking: Leverage data and analytics to make informeddecisions and continuously optimise growth initiatives. Monitor theperformance of various marketing channels and adapt strategiesaccordingly.


Shortand LongTerm Payoff: Analyse and project the short and longtermpayoff of the growth strategy. This includes tracking the return oninvestment (ROI) of marketing campaigns and making necessaryadjustments for maximumeffectiveness.


MarketResearch: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends andopportunities for growth in the jewellery industry. Stay updated onconsumer behaviour andpreferences.


Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments including Sales ProductDevelopment and Finance to ensure that growth initiatives alignwith the overall businessobjectives.


BudgetManagement: Manage the budget for growth marketing activitiesensuring costeffective allocation of resources while achievingdesiredresults.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business or a related field (MBApreferred).

  • Provenexperience in a senior marketing role with a focus on growth anddemandgeneration.

  • Strongleadership and team managementskills.

  • Exceptionalanalytical and problemsolvingabilities.

  • Proficiencyin marketing analytics andtools.

  • Excellentcommunication and presentationskills.

  • Adeep understanding of the jewellery industry or luxury retail is aplus.
