Head of Growth- Jewellery Brand

Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development: Develop and execute a growth strategy that answers questions about how much we grow, how fast we grow, and in which markets we grow. This includes setting clear, measurable growth targets and outlining the path to achieve them.


Channel Identification: Identify and assess the most effective channels for growth opportunities. This involves evaluating the potential of hoarding and newspaper advertising, social media, digital advertising, content creation, and SEO.


Team Leadership: Manage and lead the four teams (Hoarding and Newspaper Advertising, Social Media and Digital Advertising, Content, and SEO) to ensure they are aligned with the growth strategy, and they perform at their highest potential.


Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously optimise growth initiatives. Monitor the performance of various marketing channels and adapt strategies accordingly.


Short and Long-Term Payoff: Analyse and project the short and long-term payoff of the growth strategy. This includes tracking the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments for maximum effectiveness.


Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth in the jewellery industry. Stay updated on consumer behaviour and preferences.


Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Product Development, and Finance, to ensure that growth initiatives align with the overall business objectives.


Budget Management: Manage the budget for growth marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while achieving desired results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on growth and demand generation.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • A deep understanding of the jewellery industry or luxury retail is a plus.
