As the Head of Professional Services for our new Hyderabad HQ, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services. This leadership position is designed for a strategic thinker who is keen on setting and achieving lofty goals in alignment with our company’s vision. You will lead a dynamic team, manage significant financial portfolios, and enhance our market presence through strategic partnerships and high-level stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategic management of the Professional Services department. Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Oversee financial strategies, including budgeting and resource allocation, to optimise department performance. Drive revenue growth and profitability with innovative leadership and robust business strategies. Cultivate a culture of excellence and attract leading professionals to our team. Represent [Company Name] at industry events, enhancing our visibility and leadership in the sector. Strengthen external partnerships, aligning them with our strategic objectives and operational needs.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated leadership in professional services within dynamic settings. Strong expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational management. Excellent communication skills, able to engage with senior executives and C-suite leaders effectively. Proven track record in driving business growth and managing substantial budgets.
