As the HR Advisor for our new location, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, responsible for building and maintaining a talented and engaged workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, as you will be instrumental in shaping the culture and success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and selecting top talent. Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and talented workforce.

Onboarding and Employee Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization. Facilitate ongoing employee development and training opportunities. Identify and nurture high-potential talent within the organization.

Culture Building:

Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our core values and mission. Plan and organize team-building events, workshops, and initiatives to strengthen employee engagement. Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring employees feel connected to the FedEx's vision.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Coach and support managers’ employee feedback sessions and performance evaluations.

Compliance and Legal:

Stay up-to-date with local employment laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance. Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures. Assist in investigations and reporting related to HR compliance matters.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, preferably in a start-up or expansion setting.

3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

6. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

7. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
