Structured hybrid role:
Introduction:
The HR Operations General team supports colleagues, line managers, and other HR colleagues with transactions relating to various aspects of the colleague lifecycle, through the provision of professional and consistent service. The advisor will work with the team to ensure that the transactions are processed within agreed SLAs with delivery of an exceptional colleague experience being at the centre of what is delivered.

What will you be doing?
- Ensure that the transactions are completed within the SLA.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders for follow-up actions.
- Capture accurate information and details in the case management tool.
- Completion of the tasks daily and adhere to the timelines agreed.
- Adhere to organizational wide information security policies and procedures.

What we’re looking for:

- Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work changing shifts patterns.
- Ability to learn and adapt to frequent changes.
- Ability to understand and impart any procedural changes.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Experience of working in a HR Shared Services/Operational environment managing a Global service across multiple regional teams and a broad group of stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Good written & verbal communication.
- Good problem-solving skills. Able to identify and collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR Systems like Workday, SAP, Service now etc.
