About the role

This role will be responsible for making necessary changes to processes or standards in operational plans in order to establish account management strategies

Role Responsibilities:

Manage corporate account business for region

Direct customer account management & interface with channel partners

Responsible for revenue, margin & receivable management

Role Purpose:

Lead the region for success across KPIs

Build & develop the team for sustained performance

Drive business with existing & new customers

Minimum Requirements:

8 years + experience in channel management & corporate accounts

technical knowledge of HVAC segment

well versed with channel partner ecosystem & sales operations
