Job Purpose:As an Inside Sales Executive your primaryresponsibility will be to work on leads and convert leads intoSales. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth andexpanding our customer base. This position requires excellentcommunication skills a strong understanding of ourproducts/services and the ability to build and maintain customerrelationships Qualify leads and determine their potential forconversion
SalesClosing: Negotiate terms andpricing to close sales deals. Ensure the successful completion ofthe sales process. Achieve monthly andquarterly salestargets.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in any Stream (Graduation Must)Proven experience in inside sales or asimilarrole.
Rolesand Responsibility Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.Excellent telephone etiquette and activelistening abilities. Selfmotivated andresultsdriven. Proficiency in using CRMsoftware and other sales tools. Ability towork independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of the industry and product/service offerings.Ability to adapt to changing salesstrategies andtargets.
AdditionalRequirements: Willingness towork flexible hours including evenings and weekends asneeded. A positive attitude and a strongdesire to succeed in a salesdrivenenvironment.
