Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Membership Analytics
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Membership Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing membership data, generating insights, and providing recommendations to drive strategic decisions and enhance the effectiveness of our membership program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, with experience in membership or customer loyalty programs.

Responsibilities
• Analyze membership data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of the membership program.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand member behavior, preferences, and engagement levels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to identify opportunities to enhance the membership experience and drive member satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of membership data.
• Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies to identify high-value members, predict churn, and personalize marketing campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize membership acquisition, conversion, and renewal strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends related to membership and loyalty programs, identifying best practices and opportunities for innovation.
• Support the development and execution of A/B tests and experiments to optimize membership program features and benefits.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Master’s in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Proven experience in analytics, with a focus on membership or customer loyalty programs.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R) for manipulating and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating dashboards and reports.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques for analyzing and interpreting data.
• Knowledge of membership program metrics, such as acquisition, retention, churn, and lifetime value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.
