About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

(a) Events:

1. Supporting the Manager in organizing events and providing logistics support right from planning, execution and post-event phase of the event.

2. Proposing ideas for events and assist in raising sponsorship for the event.

3. Preparing event invitations and dispatch the same to the members and non-members.

4. Ensuring participants attendance for the events by conducting various types of marketing methods telemarketing / database marketing/personalized marketing.

(b) Communication:

1. Offline: Gathering information and advertisements for IFCCI s bi-monthly Newsletter and quarterly magazine.

2. Online: Updating regularly all the activities of IFCCI on IFCCI's website, twitter account and LinkedIn account.

3. Assisting in event related graphic designing.

(c) Memberships:

1. Managing and updating the database on a regular basis, identify and meet potential members, ensure the membership renewal.

2. Supporting the manager in fixing appointments and meetings. Identifying potential members in the region.

(d) Administration:

1. Preparing invoices and ensure the receipt of payment in accordance with IFCCI s accounts procedure.

Note:

1. Knowledge of French Language is a plus.

2. Job Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday - hybrid working)

Stipend:INR ₹ 3,000-8,000 /month
