About the internship:

Are you a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for event management? Look no further than A2Z Trading Academy We are seeking a talented Event Management intern to join our team and assist in planning and executing exciting events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in coordinating logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.

2. Manage guest lists and RSVPs to ensure smooth event registration and attendance.

3. Create and distribute event marketing materials to promote upcoming events.

4. Assist in setting up and dismantling event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.

5. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.

6. Utilize MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-PowerPoint to organize event details and create presentations.

7. Communicate effectively with team members and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
