Job Title: Club Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Club Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of club facilities within a hotel setting. This role involves overseeing all aspects of club services, including coordinating activities, managing reservations, and ensuring exceptional customer service for club members and guests. The Club Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience and promoting the hotel's reputation as a premier destination for leisure and relaxation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Club Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club facilities, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage club inventory, including equipment, supplies, and amenities, and replenish as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of club usage, reservations, and member information.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Member Services:

- Welcome club members and guests, providing a warm and hospitable environment.
- Assist members with inquiries, reservations, and special requests, ensuring prompt and courteous service at all times.
- Provide information about club facilities, services, and upcoming events.
- Handle member feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Activity Coordination:

- Plan and organize a variety of club activities, events, and programs to engage members and enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with external vendors, instructors, and entertainment providers to offer diverse and enjoyable activities.
- Sales and Marketing:

- Actively promote club memberships and amenities to hotel guests and visitors.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Participate in sales presentations and tours to showcase club facilities and services.
- Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials.
- Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of club memberships, dues, and financial transactions.
- Prepare reports on club usage, revenue, and membership trends for management review.
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking for the club department.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in club management, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to club operations.

The Club Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for club members and guests, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the hotel within the hospitality industry.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
