Responsibilities:
  • Ownrelationship with assigned clients including onboardingimplementation training etc.
  • Monitoringaccounts to ensure a positive customer experience with the companysproducts or services
  • Analyzing potential issuesrelated to customer accounts and channelizing internally for afaster resolution.
  • Coordinating with otherdepartments Sales Engineering and Product to ensure that customersneeds are met.
  • Develop and maintaincustomersuccess strategies and best practices as well ascustomersupport content with help from the creativeteam
  • Review the customer journey identifyinghow its supported taking a consultative approach in helping clientsovercome issues and achieve goals andnbsp;
  • Serve as daytoday contact for assignedaccounts identify areas of opportunity highlight best practices anddocument them
  • Communicate effectively with bothinternal and external seniorlevel management to understand customerneeds maximize retention and growth and communicatelearnings
  • Maintain existing customer successmetrics anddata
Requirements:
  • Soundknowledge of CCTV Infrastructure and its working is amust.
  • Should be aware of and have practicalexperience of working on port forwarding DDNS configurations RTSPprotocol NVR/DVR IP camerasetc.
  • Minimum 2 yearsof client interaction experience for B2Bclients.
  • Should be selfmotivated andselfdirected
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships withprofessionals of all organizationallevels
  • Excellent organizational andproblemsolvingskills
