Job Overview


We are hiring Sales Associate (Apparel Brand) for Reliance Centro (New Store Opening) . As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our apparel brand. This is a Junior position, requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The job is located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills

  • 12th pass / Graduate / UnderGrad / Undergraduate/ Diploma
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the apparel industry.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of apparel products, trends, and fashion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for processing transactions and maintaining sales records.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product knowledge and information to customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right apparel products based on their needs.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales processes.
