Inviting applications for the role of Associate-POS (Point of Sales) Coordinator.
This is an individual contributor role. This person is responsible for supporting point of sales (POS) data from channel partners to ensure accuracy and alignment to systems for record for price, product and indirect customers for Healthcare Industry.
 Key Responsibilities:
 
Operations:
• Condition, harmonize, and post Point of Sale (POS) data provided by the Chanel Partners.
• Handle all newly onboarded Channel Partners.
• Compare total POS business (sales) reported by channel partners to direct sales from business to the channel partners. Escalate to Senior Sales Ops Analyst when necessary.
• Monitor transmissions of data from company Subsidiaries Channel partners and course any failure points to country Sales Ops. Escalate delinquencies to the Senior Sales Ops Analyst.
• Use POS software to match customer details reported in POS to customers in Customer Master. Send a request to Data Steward when new end customers are identified for account maintenance or possible account creation.
• Use POS software to match products reported in POS to products in company’s Product Master.
• Use POS software to harmonize prices and unit of measures reported in POS with company compliance.
• Understand and enforce POS data confidentiality and security rules. Conduct training on POS compliance.
• Responsible in reporting to stakeholders during bi-weekly cadence.
• Help train newly onboarded Sales Ops Analyst.
• Handles process related inquiries of moderate scope and complexity.
 
 
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year course.
• Good years of experience related to Sales Operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must be fluent in English (and any language if specifically identified in the position).
• Highly customer service and quality-oriented mindset
• Proficient research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Tools.
• Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload.
• Team oriented person who can focus on the details. 
 
Preferred qualifications
• Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP, POS platforms such as Vistex.
• Knowledgeable in Power BI and other reporting tools
