As the HR OperationsSpecialist you will be a critical member of NATLEXs HR team and thefirst point of contact for employee support globally.

You will be responsible forproviding excellent service and support relative to the delivery ofcore HR services including Talent Management Hiring Leave ofAbsence Management Benefits HR Policies & proceduresonboarding offboarding and HR data management.

You will be responsible forinterfacing and problemsolving with employees leaders and the HRteam to provide transactional HR support.

We are looking for an ambitious HRprofessional who can thrive in a fastpacedenvironment.

Requirements
  • ACandidate should be able to perform in a dynamically changingenvironment.
  • Shouldhave prior handson working experience in HRoperations.
  • Experiencein recruiting and training or organizationaldevelopment.
  • Experiencedeveloping and implementing HR policies andprocedures.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Strongleadership qualities andabilities.

Qualification

  • MBAin HR or equivalent studies or experience relating toHR.
  • 18 yearsexperience
  • HandsonHRIS CRM (like ZoHo ) and Hiring platform usage experience will beaplus
