Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated HR and Admin Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and office management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
· Resolve employee queries relating to HR Processes and administration.
· Assist in performance management and employee reviews.
· Implementing HR policies and working with managers to ensure their enforcement.
· Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
· Maintain accurate employee records and payroll processing.
· Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives and events.
· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
· 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a training or educational setting.
· Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ethical approach with integrity.
· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
