JobDescription We are seeking atalented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team and play acrucial role in creating exceptional digital experiences. As aUX/UI Designer with a focus on website development applications andmicrosite development using Ceros Adobe XD or Figma you willcollaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to design anddeliver innovative usercentered solutions that meet our businessneeds.
RESPONSIBILITIES
UserExperience (UX)Design
Conductuser research analyse user requirements and create user personas toinform design decisions.Develop user flowswireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate interactionand design concepts.Collaborate withstakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs tocontinuously improve the userexperience.Ensure designs comply with bestpractices accessibility standards and brandguidelines.

UserInterface (UI)Design
Createvisually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that align withthe overall user experience strategy.Designand implement UI elements icons and visualassets.Collaborate with the development teamto ensure accurate implementation of UIdesigns.Maintain design consistency andcoherence across various digitalplatforms.

WebsiteDevelopment:
Collaboratewith developers and content creators to design and develop engagingwebsites using modern webtechnologies.Leverage your expertise in HTMLCSS and JavaScript to create responsive and interactive webinterfaces.Optimize website performance andensure crossbrowser compatibility.Conductusability testing and implement feedback to enhance the userexperience.

ApplicationsDevelopment:
Designand prototype user interfaces for web applications ensuring aseamless and intuitive userexperience.Collaborate with the developmentteam to implement designs using frameworks and technologies such asReact Angular or Vue.js.Conduct thoroughtesting to identify and resolve any usability or performanceissues.

MicrositeDevelopment usingCeros:
UtilizeCeros platform to create visually stunning and interactivemicrosites.Collaborate with the content teamto bring their vision to life through engaging design andinteractivity.Implement animationstransitions and other Ceros features to enhance the userexperience.Optimise microsites forperformance and compatibility across devices andbrowsers.

SKILLSMUSTINCLUDE:
DesignThinking: As a UX/UI Designer with a focus on creative designrequirements you will apply design thinking principles to solvecomplex problems and create innovative solutions. This involvesunderstanding user needs conducting research and using empathy todesign usercentered experiences that address those needseffectively.
VisualBranding:You will collaborate closely with the internal teams toensure that the visual designs align with the brands identity andmessaging. This includes incorporating brand guidelines typographycolor palettes and imagery to create a consistent and cohesivevisual representation across websites applications andmicrosites.
VisualHierarchy and Composition: You will have a keen eye for visualhierarchy and composition ensuring that the most important elementsare emphasized and that the overall design isaesthetically
pleasingand engaging. This involves working with typography layout spacingand imagery to create a balanced and visually appealing userinterface.
Interactiveand Engaging Design: In addition to creating visually appealingdesigns you will focus on incorporating interactive and engagingelements to enhance the user experience. This may involveanimations microinteractions transitions and other interactivedesign techniques to make the digital products more immersive anddelightful forusers.
DesignInnovation: As a creative UX/UI Designer you will be encouraged tothink outside the box and push the boundaries of design. This meansexploring new design trends experimenting with innovative visualconcepts and proposing creative solutions that differentiate ourdigital products fromcompetitors.
Collaborationand Communication: Effective collaboration and communication skillsare crucial when working with clients stakeholders developers andother team members. You will actively engage in discussions presentdesign concepts and articulate your creative ideas clearly toensure everyone is aligned and working towards a sharedvision.
IterativeDesign Process: You will engage in an iterative design processincorporating feedback and testing to continuously refine andimprove the visual designs. This involves conducting usabilitytesting analyzing user feedback and iterating on designs to ensurethey meet both user needs and projectgoals.
DesignTools and Software: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XDFigma and Ceros or other relevant software is essential forcreating and presenting highquality visual designs. You willleverage these tools to bring your creative ideas to life andcollaborate effectively with the marketing & developmentteam.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Provenexperience as a UX/UI Designer with a focus on website developmentapplications and microsite development.
  • Strongproficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Adobe XD orFigma.
  • Solid understanding of usercentereddesign principles and bestpractices.
  • Proficiency in frontend webtechnologies including HTML CSS andJavaScript.
  • Experience with frameworks andlibraries such as React Angular orVue.js.
  • Familiarity or experience with Ceros orother interactive design platforms.
  • Basicknowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop to create UI icons andwebsite banners.
  • Knowledge of responsive designprinciples and crossbrowsercompatibility.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
  • Strong attention to detail and theability to multitask in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • A portfolio that showcases yourdesign skills and demonstrates your experience in websiteapplications and micrositedevelopment.
