Job Description forSales and Support AssociatePosition

TheSales and Support position is responsible for managing customerinteractions providing product support and driving sales growth.This role involves understanding customer needs resolving issuesand promoting Pabbly products to enhance customer satisfaction andloyalty. The associate will handle both sales inquiries and supportrequests ensuring a seamless customerexperience.


JobDescription

  • Respondto customer inquiries via email phone chatand GoogleMeet.

  • Troubleshootand resolve customer issues and technical problems

  • Conductproduct demonstrations and presentations to potentialcustomers.

  • Followup on leads and convert them into payingcustomers.

  • Achievemonthly and quarterly salestargets.

  • Maintainand update customer records in the CRMsystem.

  • Workclosely with the product team to communicate customer feedback andimprovements.

  • Provideaccurate and uptodate information tocustomers.

  • Createproduct documentation for commonly asked questions features andproblems.

  • Guidenew customers through the onboardingprocess.

  • Provideguidance and best practices for using Pabblyapplications.

  • Stayupdated on the latest features and functionalities of Pabblyproducts.

  • Leadqualify How much amount a user canpay.

  • Underuser requirements and guide them accordingly to purchaseplan

  • Followup cold users and hotleads.

  • Unsubscribefrom promotional emails so that unnecessary tickets are notcreated.

  • Therewill be one more ticket status mentioned as "Bug"which will be handled by testers. The support member once foundthat in a specific ticket they have found a bug they will mark theticket status as "Bug" and they will move thatticket "Bug" status. The tester will now takecare of the bug and get it fixed from developer. Once its fixed thetester shall comment back in the ticket that the bug has beenfixed



Requirements

KeyResponsibilities Area(KRA)

  • Shouldbe able to convert leads intosales.

  • Shouldbe able to resolve customer queries andtickets

  • Sharecustomer feedback and product feedback to the respectivedepartments.

  • Workto reduce customer churn and increase customer lifetimevalue.

  • Identifyopportunities for upselling and crossselling of Pabbly products.

KeyPerformance Indicators(KPIs)

  • Numberof calls and demo in amonth.

  • SLA:Average response time to customer inquiries

  • SLA:Average resolution time for customer issues

  • Conversionrate leads to payingcustomers.(Weekly/Monthly/Yearly)

  • MonthlySalesRevenue

  • NPS:"On a scale of 0 to 10 how likely are you to recommend ourcompany/product/service to a friend orcolleague"
