JobSummary:

We are seeking anexperienced and dynamic Trainer to lead the training program forthe Sales Officer HTD Program with HDFC. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in sales banking and financial serviceswith a passion for mentoring and developing future salesprofessionals.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • TrainingDelivery: Conduct trainingsessions for Sales Officer candidates covering sales techniquesbanking products customer relationship management andcompliance.
  • CurriculumDevelopment: Collaborate withHDFC and internal teams to develop and update the trainingcurriculum ensuring it aligns with current industry standards andHDFCsrequirements.
  • PerformanceAssessment: Monitor and assesstrainees progress through tests roleplays and feedback sessions.Provide constructive feedback and additional support whereneeded.
  • IndustryInsights: Stay updated with thelatest trends in banking and sales to incorporate relevantinformation into trainingmaterials.
  • Motivation& Engagement: Inspireand engage trainees to achieve their full potential andsuccessfully transition into the Sales Officerrole.
  • Reporting:Maintain detailed records of trainees performance andprovide regular updates to management andHDFC.
KeyPerformance Indicator(KPI):
  • PrimaryKPI: The number of candidatessuccessfully placed and joining HDFC as Sales Officers after thecompletion of the trainingprogram.


RequirementsQualifications:
  • Education:Bachelor s degree in Business Finance or relatedfield. MBApreferred.
  • Experience:Minimum 35 years of experience in sales trainingpreferably within the banking or financial servicesindustry.
  • Skills:
    • Strongcommunication and presentationskills.
    • Indepth knowledge of salesprocesses and bankingproducts.
    • Ability to motivate andmentor trainees.
    • Proficiency in MSOfficeSuite.
