Programmatic need being met by thisrequest:

Supportmultiyear projects that have been awarded through Clientopenenrollment program offerings with the New Construction Teamwhich focuses on the new construction adaptive reuse and gutrehabilitation of projects across market sectors.While the position will primarily support management oflegacy openenrollment housing and commercial projects management ofexisting and future projects selected through competitive offeringssuch as the Building Cleaner Communities Competition (BCCC) forcommercial sector projects and the Buildings of ExcellenceCompetition (BOE) for multifamily projects may also be required.General project management ranging from completing contractingtasks through to project termination or closeout is alsoanticipated

Expected Years ofExperience:

36years

Thecandidate must:

  1. Be selfmotivated.
  2. Have an ability tothink strategically across the New Construction team as a wholewhile also maintaining a focus on projectspecificdetails.
  3. Possess the ability to communicatewith customers contractors and internal staffeffectively.
  4. Be able to organize multipleworkstreams and handle competing deadlines
  5. Function at a high level in Microsoft Office applicationsincluding advanced skills or proficiency with MS Excel Teams andSharePoint

Skillsand Experience:

  1. Project management expertise including setting andtracking deadlines budget oversight and deliverablemanagement.
  2. Ability to prioritize amongmultiple/competing deadlines
  3. Experience withrebate/incentive programs
  4. Have basic knowledgeof clean resilient and carbon neutral ready building projectsincluding energy efficient equipment and renewable energy systemsarchitectural and engineering design building system specificationand construction practices and timelines.
  5. Familiarity with 3rd party building certificationstandards such as Passive House and ENERGY STAR and designstrategies associated with those certifications.

Certifications andqualifications includingeducation/degree:

Bachelors degree preferred or equivalentexperience

Duties andResponsibilities:

  • Manage current pipeline of projects submitted to NewConstruction Housing and Commercial legacy programs tocompletion
  • Set deadlines and track progressfor ongoing projects to submit deliverables meet milestones andadvance toward completion
  • Complete technicalreview of technical assistance provider scopes of work and projectdeliverables
  • Coordinate closeout of terminatedor completed projects
  • Maintain extensiveonline database of legacy projects including data entry energysavings project construction status deliverable tracking andinvoice approval
  • Engage with market actorsincluding building owners developers technical assistance providersand designers
  • Provide prompt feedback/followup to inquiries received from project teams
  • Participate in regular meetings with projectteams
  • Escalate project questions or concernsto internal staff as needed for resolution
  • Participate in regular internal meetings with NewConstruction team staff including fellow pipeline project managersas well as supervisors
  • Assist in meetingperiodic reporting requests
  • Support businessprocess improvement efforts
