Summary:

Join our team as an Associate Resource Coordinator, where you will have the opportunity to develop new skills and gain a deep understanding of this role. Responsibilities:

As an Associate Resource Coordinator in Epiq’s Professional Services group, you will assist in resource coordination to ensure efficient scheduling and preparation for delivering high-quality services. Your primary responsibilities include: Tracking schedules and paid time off (PTO) for the forensics and collections group to assess resource availability. Responding promptly to resource requests from various teams. Assessing resource suitability for specific tasks and escalating complex decisions as necessary. Assigning resources to requests, whether internal or from external partners. Providing quotes for Sales and Client Services based on requests. Gathering data from Epiq’s systems and generating reports on collection activities. Synchronizing media/data from collections to Epiq systems as needed. Contributing to policy and process development as required. Participating in critical calls and exercises to resolve issues and enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required. 1-3 years of experience in resource management or project work involving tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under close supervision while learning and developing new skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in gathering and analysing data to support decision-making processes.
