Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate with 1-2 years of experience to handle a wide range of HR responsibilities. In this role, you will be integral to our HR operations, including hiring, administrative tasks, and operational support. Your contributions will help shape the exceptional culture we pride ourselves on and ensure a smooth and efficient HR function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:  Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  • Employee Relations:  Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, provide support for employee relations issues, and assist in resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Support:  Handle HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and managing HR-related systems.
  • Compliance and Policy:  Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Operational Support:  Collaborate with team members to support various HR initiatives and projects. Assist in organizing company events and maintaining a positive workplace culture.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
