JobResponsibilities: To be well verse with Ocean & AirFreight (Imports and Exports) product.
Efficientlydevise strategy to support sales of the company.
Responsible to realis sales targets and execute the sales strategyof the company.
Responsible for the management andhandling of the RFQ response documents coming to the company forLogistics Business.
Maintain and manage the financialforecast and cost module projections for new businesssubmission.
Identifying qualifying and securing businessopportunities; coordinating business generation activities;maintain consumers relationship.
Maintain existingcustomer relations as well as expand our customer base with newones whilst keeping your customer portfolio up to date.
Maintain close working relationships with the Customer ServiceOperations and Logistics team of the company.
Undertakecross selling and up selling within existing customer base tofurther develop account potential through value added products. Vizwarehousing Custom Clearance Transport etc.
Manage andcoordinate all commercial activities of defined vertical group ofcustomers with the customer service team in line with thecompany's short and long term results &targets.
Undertake sales presentations to customers andbusiness communities to present to the company and its products andservices.
To visit the existing and potential customersto understand their needs and built with the operational team acustomized solution that perfectly fits with customersrequirements.
Participate in commercial management andsecure customer generated revenues.
Expected to monitorthe progress of the shipment until final destination and fulfildelivery conditions. Successfully resolve issues withclients.
Ensure the follow up of the sale until thepayment and settlement of claims outstanding.
Develop anew business prospect listing to ensure that future new businessdevelopment is planned in advance.
Maintain MISreports.
