7.Shift Day 8.Roles & Responsibilities Lead theimplementation and optimization of SAP ISUtilities DeviceManagement solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to integrate SAP Device Management with othersystems ensuring seamless operations. Analyze client requirementsto provide customized SAP solutions enhancing utility and retailcustomer services. Drive continuous improvement initiatives withinthe SAP landscape focusing on device management and relatedprocesses. Provide expert guidance on SAP ISUtilities DeviceManagement sharing insights and best practices with the team.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatoryrequirements in all SAPrelated activities. Facilitate trainingsessions for users on SAP Device Management functionalities andupdates. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAPISUtilities Device Management. Stay abreast of the latest SAPtechnologies and updates recommending upgrades as necessary.Participate in strategic planning sessions contributing to thelongterm vision of SAP utilization within the company.Qualifications Must have extensive experience in SAP ISUtilitiesDevice Management and SAP Device Management. Strong understandingof utilities retail and customer service domains is required.Experience in SAP Service Contracts SAP Billing SAP Customer CareServices SAP Energy Data Management SAP Waste Management and SAPWork Management is highly desirable. Proven ability to leadprojects and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work underpressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with theability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.Commitment to staying current with SAP technologies and industrytrends.
