Marketing meets technology Joinus on our mission to make cooking as simple as making a cup ofcoffee. We are looking for a Product Marketing Executive who willbe responsible for developing effective marketing strategies andplans to communicate the features and benefits of our products toconsumers.


PositionOverview:

The Social Media Content Managerwill be responsible for managing and executing the social mediastrategy across all digital platforms including our applicationcreator platform smart appliances and utensils. This role involvescreating and curating highquality content that aligns with ourbrand voice and drives engagement awareness and growth. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in content generationsocial media management and digital marketing with a passion forculinaryinnovation.


KeyResponsibilities:

Content Strategy &Planning:
  • Develop and implement acomprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with thecompanys overall marketinggoals.
  • Plan and manage contentcalendars for all social media platforms including InstagramFacebook Twitter LinkedInYouTube and emergingchannels.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsto ensure content is aligned with product launches promotions andoverall brandmessaging.
Content Creation &Management:
  • Generate edit publish and shareengaging content daily (e.g. original text photos videos and news)that builds meaningful connections and encourages community membersto takeaction.
  • Manage video production graphicdesign and motion graphics to create visually appealingcontent.
  • Oversee the creation of blogposts articles and other written content that supports the brand sthought leadership in kitchenautomation.
Social MediaManagement:
  • Manage and optimize the companys social media pages ensuring consistent brand voice tone andaesthetics.
  • Monitor listen and respond tousers in a social way while cultivating leads andsales.
  • Set up and optimize companypages within each platform to increase the visibility of thecompany s socialcontent.
  • Influencer & CommunityEngagement:
  • Identify and collaborate withinfluencers creators and brands ambassadors to amplify our brandreach andengagement.
  • Foster relationships with keyinfluencers and partners to drive brand advocacy and productadoption.
  • Engage with online communitiesand respond to comments messages and customer inquiriespromptly.
  • Performance Analysis &Reporting:
  • Track analyse and report on keysocial media metrics to assess the performance of content andcampaigns.
  • Utilize insights to makedatadriven decisions and optimize content strategy for betterresults.
  • Keep up with the latest socialmedia best practices andtechnologies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketingproduct and design teams to align social media activities withbroader companygoals.
  • Collaborate with externalagencies freelancers and influencers to execute the social mediastrategyeffectively.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a relatedfield.
  • 35years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similarrole.
  • Expertisein content creation including copywriting video editing and graphicdesign.
  • Proficiencywith social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer) andanalytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics FacebookInsights).
  • Strongunderstanding of SEO web traffic metrics and social mediaalgorithms.
  • Excellentcommunication skills both written andverbal.
  • Creativemindset with the ability to think outside thebox.
  • Passionfor food cooking and kitchen innovation is aplus.

Bachelor s degree inMarketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of provenexperience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Expertise incontent creation, including copywriting, video editing, and graphicdesign. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g.,Hoot-suite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,Facebook Insights). Strong understanding of SEO, web trafficmetrics, and social media algorithms. Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal. Creative mindset with the abilityto think outside the box. Passion for food, cooking, and kitcheninnovation is a plus.
