We are looking for a Product Marketing Executive who will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of our products to consumers.


Position Overview:

The Social Media Content Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the social media strategy across all digital platforms including our application creator platform smart appliances and utensils. This role involves creating and curating highquality content that aligns with our brand voice and drives engagement awareness and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content generation social media management and digital marketing with a passion for culinary innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with the companys overall marketing goals.
  • Plan and manage content calendars for all social media platforms including Instagram Facebook Twitter LinkedInYouTube and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is aligned with product launches promotions and overall brand messaging.
Content Creation & Management:
  • Generate edit publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text photos videos and news) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Manage video production graphic design and motion graphics to create visually appealing content.
  • Oversee the creation of blog posts articles and other written content that supports the brand s thought leadership in kitchen automation.
Social Media Management:
  • Manage and optimize the company s social media pages ensuring consistent brand voice tone and aesthetics.
  • Monitor listen and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company s social content.
  • Influencer & Community Engagement:
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers creators and brands ambassadors to amplify our brand reach and engagement.
  • Foster relationships with key influencers and partners to drive brand advocacy and product adoption.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to comments messages and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track analyse and report on key social media metrics to assess the performance of content and campaigns.
  • Utilize insights to make datadriven decisions and optimize content strategy for better results.
  • Keep up with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing product and design teams to align social media activities with broader company goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies freelancers and influencers to execute the social media strategy effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 35 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Expertise in content creation including copywriting video editing and graphic design.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Facebook Insights).
  • Strong understanding of SEO web traffic metrics and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Passion for food cooking and kitchen innovation is a plus.

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Expertise in content creation, including copywriting, video editing, and graphic design.
