**Job Description: We are looking for a creative and outgoing individual who is passionate about social media content creation. As a Reel Creator and Social Media Influencer, you will be responsible for producing engaging and visually appealing content for our various social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram Reels.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Create high-quality, engaging Instagram Reels that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.**:

- **Plan, and execute creative ideas for Reels content, including but not limited to product showcases, tutorials, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.**:

- **Act as the face of our brand by featuring in Reels, showcasing products/services, and effectively communicating key messages to our audience.**:

- **Collaborate with our marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and growth.**:

- **Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.**:

- **Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and maximize reach and engagement.**:

- **Participate in photoshoots and video productions as needed, demonstrating comfort and confidence in front of the camera.**:

- **Execute Social Media plans as prepared by the marketing team**:

- **Collaborate with other influencers and brands to increase visibility**

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience creating compelling content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram Reels.**:

- **Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.**:

- **Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey messages effectively through visuals and captions.**:

- **Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with experience in photo and video shoots.**:

- **Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.**:

- **Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning content.**:

- **Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.**:

- **Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.**:

- **A genuine interest in our industry/niche and a willingness to immerse yourself in our brand identity and values.**
