Position Overview:

The Social Media Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across all digital platforms, including our application creator platform, smart appliances, and utensils. This role involves creating and curating high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and drives engagement, awareness, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media content strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals.
  • Plan and manage content calendars for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is aligned with product launches, promotions, and overall brand messaging.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Manage video production, graphic design, and motion graphics to create visually appealing content.
  • Oversee the creation of blog posts, articles, and other written content that supports the brand's thought leadership in kitchen automation.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and optimize the company's social media pages, ensuring consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetics.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.

Influencer & Community Engagement:

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brands ambassadors to amplify our brand reach and engagement.
  • Foster relationships with key influencers and partners to drive brand advocacy and product adoption.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to assess the performance of content and campaigns.
  • Utilize insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize content strategy for better results.
  • Keep up with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to align social media activities with broader company goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers to execute the social media strategy effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Expertise in content creation, including copywriting, video editing, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Passion for food, cooking, and kitchen innovation is a plus.
