JobDescription:


Weare seeking a Sales Development Representative with a minimum of 3years of experience in an agency setting working specifically withperformance and retentionled offers. The ideal candidate will havea robust understanding of the growth marketing landscape andexperience working with D2C Ecommerce or B2B clients. This rolerequires a proactive approach to creating and managing a salespipeline owning revenue goals and driving salesindependently.


KeyResponsibilities:


  1. Conductthorough research to identify new sales opportunities and build astrong salespipeline.
  2. Engage indiscovery calls to understand client needs and effectivelycommunicate our valueproposition.
  3. Lead thesales process from qualification to closure demonstrating strongnegotiation and closingskills.
  4. Develop andmaintain indepth knowledge of growth marketing strategies and howthey can be applied to different clientscenarios.
  5. Workindependently to achieve sales targets with minimal reliance on themarketingteam.
  6. Utilize CRMsystems effectively for tracking client interactions managing leadsand publishingreports.
  7. Establish andnurture relationships with potential clients including D2CEcommerce and B2Bsectors.
  8. Analyzemarket trends and competitor activities to identify new salesopportunities.
  9. Collaboratewith the team to refine sales strategies and approaches based onmarketfeedback.
  10. Participatein team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on thelatest industry trends and salestechniques.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield.
  2. At least 3years of experience in a sales role within a digital agencyenvironment.
  3. Proventrack record of generating leads closing deals and meeting salestargets.
  4. Strongunderstanding of growth marketing performance marketing andretentionstrategies.
  5. Experienceworking with D2C Ecommerce or B2Bclients.
  6. Proficiencyin using CRM software and other salestools.
  7. Excellentcommunication interpersonal and presentationskills.
  8. Ability towork independently and as part of ateam.
  9. Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
  10. Highlyorganized anddetailoriented.
