The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and customer outreach. As a SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, ultimately driving revenue growth for the company.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.Utilize CRM software, specifically HubSpot, to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting key prospects.Research and identify potential prospects, leveraging this information to tailor outreach efforts effectively.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and communications.Assist in the development and refinement of sales strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Required Experience and Skills1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a sales development or lead generation role.Proven track record of success in cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation.Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpotStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.Highly organized with excellent time management skills.Knowledge of tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo is an added bonus
