Job Overview


We are looking for a Sales Manager - General Insurance to join our team at White Horse Insurance Broker Private Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our general insurance products to individual and commercial customers. This is a full-time position based in Kharar, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and a strong passion for sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Less than 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Good knowledge of general insurance products and industry practices
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell general insurance products to individual customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with commercial customers and agents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents.
  • Provide personalized insurance solutions based on customer needs and requirements
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify market opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients and agents.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims processing
  • Handle customer and agent queries and provide timely assistance and support.
