**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of theater operations, including scheduling, ticketing, concessions, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with directors, producers, and technical staff to ensure successful production of plays, musicals, and other performances.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for theater operations, including monitoring expenses and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotion teams to develop strategies for increasing audience engagement and ticket sales.
- Maintain relationships with artists, agents, and other industry professionals to secure high-quality productions and talent.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure equipment, props, and other resources needed for productions.
- Handle patron inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in theater management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven 3 experience in theater management or performing arts administration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of technical aspects of theater production, including lighting, sound, and stage design.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as required by theater schedules.
