We have urgently need of sales manager for our real estate company.

**Job Responsibilities:

- **

Responsible for generating lead through calling customers/market visits/meetings and developing opportunities for the sales team through given sales leads.

1.) Compiling and analyzing sales figures. Briefing the customers on project USP thoroughly. Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers. Understanding the need of customers and offering solution accordingly.

2.) Convincing the customers to buy the product /flats. Assisting the clients for the site visits and helping to choose property. Ready to work on given Target.

3.)Assist with negotiations between both parties.

4.) Following up with the customers and meeting sales target.

5.) Fulfill a range of marketing functions, e.g. promoting properties by listing, writing advertisements, or arranging viewings.

6.) Attend networking functions and occasional workshops.

Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
