**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Target Achievement: Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to them, and closing deals to ensure consistent revenue generation.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences better. Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Mkelly Biotech's product offerings, including pickles, tea, mushroom products, and bread. Communicate the unique selling points and benefits of our products to potential customers effectively.

4. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for business growth and positioning our products competitively.

5. Sales Strategies: Work with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies, promotional plans, and pricing models that drive revenue and market share growth.

6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward achieving targets. Generate regular reports for management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

7. Attend Sales Meetings and Training: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your selling skills, product knowledge, and overall professional development.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven Sales Experience: A successful track record in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry, demonstrating an ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information and negotiate with clients.

3. Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

4. Self-Motivated: A self-starter who is highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve set goals.

5. Market Awareness: A keen understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the food industry.
