Position: Store Manager
Location: Sunny Enclave, Kharar

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily activities, such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing overstock and waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Utilize computerized systems for billing, inventory management, and reporting purposes. Basic knowledge of computers is required.
- Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for billing and inventory management. Basic knowledge of computers is essential.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Immediate availability for joining is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,423.15 - ₹25,669.73 per month
