Weare seeking an innovative and proactive Manager of Solutions tojoin our dynamic IT company. The ideal candidate will have a keeneye for identifying opportunities a passion for problemsolving andexceptional communication skills. This role involves engaging withclients onsite conducting workshops and driving business growthfrom existing accounts. KeyResponsibilities:

1.OpportunityIdentification:

Regularly walk through client sites to identify pain pointsinefficiencies and opportunities for ITsolutions.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersto understand their needs andchallenges.

2.SolutionDevelopment:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and proposetailored IT solutions that address clientspecificissues.

Ensure solutions align with the company s capabilities andstrategicgoals.

3.CustomerWorkshops:

Organize and lead regular workshops and training sessions withclients to demonstrate new technologies andsolutions.

Gather feedback during workshops to refine and improvesolutions.

4.Account Management RevenueTarget:

Jointly carry a quarterly revenue target with the AccountManagers

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of assigned accounts toidentify new businessopportunities.

Work closely with the Sales/ Account Managers to expand serviceofferings and drive revenue growth from existingclients.

5.BusinessDevelopment:

Actively contribute to business development strategies byidentifying trends and insights from clientinteractions.

Assist in the preparation of proposals presentations and otherdocumentation for clientengagements.

6.PerformanceTracking:

Monitor and report on the success of implemented solutions andclientsatisfaction.

Use data and analytics to make informed recommendations forcontinuousimprovement.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administrationor a relatedfield.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting solutionsmanagement or a similarrole.

Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on businessopportunities.

Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think criticallyandcreatively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the abilityto conduct effective workshops andpresentations.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong clientrelationships.

Ability to travel to client sites asneeded.

PreferredSkills:

Experience in similar roles in the BFSIindustry

Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the ITindustry.

Project management experience and certification (e.g. PMP) is aplus.
