Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and develop the service team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create effective after-sales service strategies and support plans.
Customer Resolution: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and escalations.
Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to address and resolve technical issues related to products.
Expense Control : Monitor and control expenses related to equipment repairs, maintenance, and spare parts to maximise profitability.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory for spare parts and accessories across the region, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Performance Monitoring: Track service metrics and identify areas for improvement to ensure superior service delivery.
Training Development: Create and implement training programs for service technicians to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered.
Skills we’re looking for:
Having 7-10 years experience with KEC/managing service operations for commercial kitchen equipment
Well acquainted with leading brands in the hospitality industry.
Strong technical knowledge of equipments, spares, and planning AMCs
Good knowledge to read & understand kitchen layout.
Proven ability to lead a team of service engineers with a background in after-sales service
Experienced as an active team member for projects executed with hands-on experience.
Relevant experience with reputed QSR or hotel chains.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
