- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, application guidelines, and customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Product Improvement: Collaborate with the R&D department to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements based on customer input and field experiences.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in a relevant area is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a service or applications role within the manufacturing industry, specifically with tablet press and packaging machines.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of tablet press and packaging machine operations, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships effectively, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
