We are seeking a highly skilled SAPSuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. Theideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAPSuccessFactors implementation support and rolloutprojects.

JobDescription:

KeyResponsibilities:

Implementationand Support:

Lead and participate in atleast two endtoend SAP SuccessFactors Employee Centralimplementation and support projects.

Provideexpert support and troubleshooting for ongoingprojects.

TechnicalCompetency:

Strong knowledge andhandson experience with Data Models Workflows Business Rules MDFObjects RBP Foundation Objects Position Management Time Off ODataAPIs and Reports.

Ensure that all configurationsalign with business requirements and bestpractices.

ClientManagement:

Manage client expectationsand handle escalations effectively.

Maintainstrong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction andproject success.

Documentation andDesign:

Map client requirements intoFunctional Design Documents or Business ProcessDesigns.

Ensure comprehensive and cleardocumentation for project requirements andsolutions.

RolloutExperience:

Develop and proposeeffective data migration approaches.

Identify andhighlight potential risks and issues providing mitigationstrategies.

Qualifications:

Experience:

5to 6 years of experience in SAP specifically with SuccessFactorsEmployee Central.

Proven experience in at leasttwo endtoend implementation or support projects involving EmployeeCentral.

Experience with rollout projectsincluding data migration and riskmanagement.

Skills:

Strongexpertise in Data Models Workflows Business Rules MDF Objects RBPFoundation Objects Position Management Time Off OData APIs andReporting.

Excellent communication skills tomanage client expectations and handleescalations.

Ability to create detailedFunctional Design Documents and Business ProcessDesigns.

Certifications:

Certificationin SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central isrequired.

PreferredExperience:

Experience in the HRdomain.

SAP HR experience is aplus.
