JobSummary:

We are seeking a highlymotivated and detailoriented Export Sales Coordinator to join ourdynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor coordinating and supporting all aspects of the export salesprocess. This role requires a strong understanding of internationaltrade exceptional communication skills and the ability to managemultiple tasks efficiently.


KeyResponsibilities:

Sales Coordination:Assist the Export Sales Manager in managing export sales operationsincluding processing orders preparing export documentation andcoordinating with various departments (e.g. logistics finance andcustomer service).

CustomerCommunication: Maintain regular communication with internationalclients providing updates on orders responding to inquiries andaddressing any concerns or issues.

Order Management: Oversee the entire order fulfillment processensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to internationalcustomers.

Documentation: Prepare andmanage all necessary export documentation including invoicespacking lists bills of lading and certificates of origin incompliance with international traderegulations.

Market Research: Conductresearch to identify new international markets potential clientsand trends in the global market.

CRMManagement: Utilize ERP systems particularly Zoho CRM to tracksales activities customer interactions and sales performancemetrics.

Negotiation: Assist in pricenegotiation terms of sale and delivery schedules with internationalcustomers and suppliers.

Compliance:Ensure all export activities comply with relevant internationallaws and regulations including customs requirements and tradepolicies.

Reporting: Prepare regularreports on sales performance customer feedback and market trendsfor the Export Sales Manager and seniormanagement.



Requirements

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with excellent verbal andwritten communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages isa plus.

Email Writing: Strong abilityto compose professional and effective emails with attention todetail and clarity.

ERP Systems:Proficiency in using ERP systems particularly Zoho CRM for managingsales activities and customerrelationships.

Negotiation Skills:Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with internationalclients and suppliers ensuring favorable terms for thecompany.

Organizational Skills:Excellent organizational and time management skills with theability to handle multiple tasks and prioritizeeffectively.

Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail in preparing documentation managingorders and communicating withclients.

Customer Service: Strongcustomer service orientation with the ability to build and maintainpositive relationships with internationalclients.

Market Knowledge: Basicunderstanding of international trade regulations market dynamicsand export processes.

TeamCollaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a teamcollaborating with various departments to ensure smoothoperations.
