Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Export Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of the export sales process. This role requires a strong understanding of international trade exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination: Assist the Export Sales Manager in managing export sales operations including processing orders preparing export documentation and coordinating with various departments (e.g. logistics finance and customer service).
Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with international clients providing updates on orders responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
Order Management: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to international customers.
Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation including invoices packing lists bills of lading and certificates of origin in compliance with international trade regulations.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify new international markets potential clients and trends in the global market.
CRM Management: Utilize ERP systems particularly Zoho CRM to track sales activities customer interactions and sales performance metrics.
Negotiation: Assist in price negotiation terms of sale and delivery schedules with international customers and suppliers.
Compliance: Ensure all export activities comply with relevant international laws and regulations including customs requirements and trade policies.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance customer feedback and market trends for the Export Sales Manager and senior management.
Requirements
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Email Writing: Strong ability to compose professional and effective emails with attention to detail and clarity.
ERP Systems: Proficiency in using ERP systems particularly Zoho CRM for managing sales activities and customer relationships.
Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with international clients and suppliers ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in preparing documentation managing orders and communicating with clients.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with international clients.
Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of international trade regulations market dynamics and export processes.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
