- Build and maintainstrong relationships with luxury real estateclients
- Understand client needs and providepersonalized solutions
- Ensure seamlesscommunication and coordination between clients sales and marketingteams
- Resolve client issues and escalationseffectively and promptly
- Manage and updateclient databases and CRM systems
- Collaboratewith the sales team to meet client satisfaction and salestargets
- Coordinate and oversee client eventsand networking activities
- Stay updated onluxury real estate market trends and industrydevelopments
- Prepare regular client reports andfeedback analysis
- Develop and implementcustomer retention strategies
- Implement andmaintain high standards of customerservice
- Provide guidance and support to juniorcustomer service professionals
- Ensurecompliance with industry regulations andstandards
- Conduct client satisfaction surveysand gather feedback
- Participate in trainingprograms to enhance customer relationship managementskills
RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
- Proven experience in customerrelationship management within the luxury real estateindustry
- Demonstrated success in managing highnet worth clients
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving andconflict resolution abilities
- Indepthunderstanding of luxury real estate market trends and customerpreferences
- Proficiency in CRM software andMicrosoft Office suite
- Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills
- Keen attention to detail andaccuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentialityand professionalism at all times
- Proactive andresultsdriven mindset

- Professional certifications in customerrelationship management is a plus
