Overview:The FinancialServices Associate Insurance Sales plays a crucial role in drivingthe insurance sales and financial services business for theorganization. This position is responsible for building andmaintaining client relationships identifying their insurance needsand providing them with suitable financial products and services.The Financial Services Associate will work closely with clients tounderstand their financial goals and offer them comprehensiveinsurance solutions ensuring customer satisfaction andretention
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Identify andsolicit potential clients for insurance products and financialservices.
  • Educate clients on various insuranceoptions including life health property and casualtyinsurance.
  • Analyze clients financial situationsand provide appropriaterecommendations.
  • Promote and sell insurancepolicies and other financial products to meet clientsneeds.
  • Develop and maintain clientrelationships through effective communication and excellentcustomer service.
  • Assist clients in claimsprocesses and provide support during policyrenewals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team toachieve sales targets and contribute to businessgrowth.
  • Prepare and present financial planningproposals to clients.
  • Maintain uptodateknowledge of insurance products industry trends and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Participate in networking eventsand community outreach activities to expand the clientbase.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inFinance Business or related field.
  • Experiencein insurance sales (e.g. Life and Health InsuranceLicense).
  • Proven experience in insurance salesand financial services preferably in a customerfacingrole.
  • Strong understanding of insuranceproducts investment options and financialplanning.
  • Excellent sales and negotiationskills with a customerfocused approach.
  • Abilityto assess clients financial needs and provide suitablerecommendations.
  • Proficiency in CRM softwareMicrosoft Office and financial analysistools.
  • Outstanding communication andinterpersonal abilities to build trusting relationships withclients.
  • Capability to work independently andas part of a collaborative team.
  • Adherence toethical and professional standards in the finance and insuranceindustry.
