Overview:The DeputyManager Financial Services plays a critical role in overseeing thefinancial operations and services within the organization. They areresponsible for providing leadership and strategic direction infinancial planning risk management and regulatory compliance. Thisrole is pivotal in ensuring the financial stability and growth oftheorganization.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead and manage thefinancial services team in delivering highquality financialservices and support to internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategiesfor financial planning budgeting and forecasting to support theorganizations goals.
  • Conduct financial analysisand reporting to monitor the organizations financial performanceand identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensurecompliance with financial regulations and standards and overseeinternal and external audits.
  • Identify andmitigate financial risks through effective risk managementpractices.
  • Collaborate with other departmentsto provide financial insights and supportdecisionmaking.
  • Develop and maintain financialpolicies and procedures to ensure transparency andaccountability.
  • Lead and manage the preparationof financial statements reports and presentations for managementand stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on financialindustry trends best practices and regulatorychanges.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship tothe financial services team fostering a culture of continuousimprovement and professionaldevelopment.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inany stream.
  • 5 Years provenexperience in Insurance Sales (Including minimum 1 year teamhandling experience)
  • Strongknowledge of financial regulations compliance and auditprocesses.
  • Excellent leadership andcommunication skills with the ability to collaborate acrossdepartments.
  • Advanced proficiency in financialsoftware and MS Office particularly Excel and financial modelingtools.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolvingabilities to drive financial initiatives anddecisionmaking.
  • Ability to manage multiplepriorities and deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Experience in leading anddeveloping a highperforming financial servicesteam.
  • Proven track record of driving processimprovements and operational efficiency within financialservices.
