Summary of theRole:
The ServiceDelivery Lead role is a strategic leadership position responsiblefor overseeing the entire India delivery function within aservicebased business. Key responsibilities include resourceplanning and allocation risk management process optimization andcontinuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will havestrong leadership skills extensive experience in running a servicedelivery centre and a proven track record of successfullydelivering complex projects in a dynamic global organisation.Managing Talent as a Service as well as Contract LifecycleManagement and Legal projects will be anadvantage.

MainDuties andResponsibilities:

  • Overseeand manage the entire India service delivery function (with a mixof remote and inoffice team members) to ensure highquality ontimeand withinbudget service delivery across allprojects.

  • Developand implement resource planning and allocation strategies tooptimize team performance and ensure the efficient use ofresources.

  • Identifyand mitigate risks associated with project delivery throughproactive risk management and contingencyplanning.

  • Leadprocess optimization and continuous improvement initiatives toenhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness across thedelivery center working with your deliver lead peers across 5countries

  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to manage Talent as aService Contract Lifecycle Management and Legal projects ensuringalignment with global organizationalobjectives.



Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any otherfield.

  • Atleast 6 years managing a delivery centre with at least 100 peopleor more with a proven track record of growth and leadership ideallyfrom a recognised large technology consultancyorganisation.
