The Skills YouBring> Extensiveexperience designing and developing enterprise grade distributedapplication using Java/J2EE technologies. Knowhow of PL/SQL will behandy experience with AWS Cloud will be anadvantageAbility to triage and managebusiness impact due productionissue.> Understands and appliesfundamental design principles behind a scalable low latency highthroughput distributed application.>Familiar with various design and architectural patterns and theirapplication.> Champions bestpractices for various aspects of engineering excellence and apromotes DevOps mindsetRelevant experiencewith Cloud computing and emerging technologies like Blockchain DLTwill be an advantage.>You should haverelevant experience working with Agile teams and a thoroughunderstanding of SCRUM @ Scaleprinciples.>You should have theeffective influencing and communication skills to lead a highperforming technology team.
