To contribute in business growth through various product management initiatives, which are aligned with business expectation and supporting stakeholders towards common goal of the organization


What you’ll be doing:

  • Product Portfolio – Drywall & Ceiling products / system solutions
  • End to end product responsibility – owner & decision maker of the product lifecycle.
  • Own & drive category wise budget, including sales volume / revenue / contribution margin / inventory optimization etc. Ensure extending full support to sales & specification teams to achieve category budgets
  • Market estimation, competitive intelligence, capturing customer insights, segmentation, product/system benchmarking, gap identification & 1-5 years NPD plan development
  • Buildup business case for required products, as per company guidelines and secure approval from management. Work with R&D / technical teams to develop desired product and conduct trials during pilot phase & manufacturing. Develop Go-to-Market strategy for all categories
  • Develop CVP (customer value proposition) and all relevant selling tools e.g. catalogues, presentations, technical manuals, category specific tools etc. Train sales & specification teams for uniform delivery in the market
  • Work with Trade Marketing / Brand MarCom teams to promote all categories with various set of customers segments
  • Prepare & analyze business performance reports and deliver the critical points with management.

  • Preferably master’s in business management in Marketing, with 8+ years of experience in Product Management role.

  • Experience in process driven premium Building Materials Organization, preferably MNC (preferred industries – Construction & Building material industry).
